ZEXBI may offer Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank payment, card payment, or other supported online payment methods.

Customers should only make payments using the official payment details provided by ZEXBI. Never share your PIN, OTP, CVV, or password with anyone.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, traffic, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and active phone number and for being available to receive the parcel.

Additional delivery or return charges may apply when an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, refusal, or customer unavailability.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

ZEXBI does not accept returns for products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or otherwise fail to meet our return conditions.

If we send the wrong product or a product that is damaged/defective before delivery, we will provide an exchange or eligible refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Unboxing Video

Customers are strongly advised to record a clear, continuous video while receiving and unboxing the parcel.

For claims involving a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing product, the unboxing video may be required to verify the issue.

The video should clearly show the parcel, shipping label, package condition, and the complete unboxing process.

9. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes, and special prices may have specific conditions and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot necessarily be combined. ZEXBI may modify or end an offer subject to availability and applicable terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All ZEXBI branding, logos, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, videos, website design, and other original content belong to ZEXBI or are used with permission.

11. Fraud & Misuse

ZEXBI may cancel or restrict orders involving suspected fraud, false information, repeated delivery refusal, promotional abuse, false claims, or misuse of our refund and exchange policy.
